Beatrix Coffee Roasters

Our story began with our passion to share a more healthful approach to cooking, eating and drinking. In the summer of 2013, we opened Beatrix, a neighborhood coffeehouse, restaurant and meeting place in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.

We established a culinary culture rooted in working with local vendors and ingredients and partnered with several iconic Chicago roasters to earn a loyal following for our innovative coffee menu.

We created a roast that we consider to be the perfect cup of coffee – a smooth, low acid brew that may be enjoyed black or with a splash of your favorite milk. From there, Enlightened, our signature blend, was born.

Our coffee portfolio now features Medium, Dark, Espresso, Decaf, and seasonal roasts, and it is our continued goal to bring great tasting, quality coffee to your neighborhood.

S’mores Mocha

INGREDIENTS:
-2 Shots Beatrix Coffee Roasters Voyager Espresso
-1.5 pumps dark chocolate sauce
-2 pumps Monin Toasted Marshmallow syrup
-Oat Milk
-Dash of cinnamon
-Dash of cocoa powder

METHOD:
1. Add espresso shots, dark chocolate sauce, toasted marshmallow syrup and a shake of cinnamon to a mug.
2. Stir gently until combined.
3. Top with steamed oat milk of choice.
4. Garnish with additional cinnamon and cocoa powder to taste, and enjoy!
